  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine milk, yogurt, egg, sugar, and vanilla.

  3. Stir in oats, ginger, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.

  4. Fold in peaches and pour into a greased pan.

  5. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until set.

  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
